General Description

The role is responsible for ensuring that clinical trial teams deliver and meet work deliverables as per agreed business expectations and timelines. Accountable for managing people and resources while ensuring high‑quality administrative support for Phase I‑IV, HV trials.

Essential Functions

• Management of people and resources, including hiring, training, development and retention of a team of Regional Clinical Trial Management Associates (rCTMAs).
• Evaluating CVs provided by CROs and conducting “Meet&Greet” with candidates for FSP staff.
