Job Description

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Manager, Research & Development to lead innovation, product development, and process improvement initiatives within its hard cheese portfolio.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on R&D leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional teams, and drive new product development from concept through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of new product innovation, formulation optimization, and process improvement initiatives within the hard cheese category.
Manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, objectives, and business priorities are achieved.
