Job Description
- Develop the Research Department’s work plan on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, covering activities such as sectoral studies, dashboards, and external assignments.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure all research activities are directly aligned with PACRA’s objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead the Equity Research functions by developing sectoral and company coverage, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, data-driven research.
- Review and approve sectoral reports, economic analyses, thematic studies, dashboards, and proposals for existing and potential external projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Ensure preparation of other key reports, including Event Insights, Budget Commentary, sectoral updates, and dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze industry and macroeconomic trends to keep PACRA’s strategies aligned with the evolving market landscape.
