Manager, Responsible Sourcing Data and Operations

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership & Program Oversight**

+ Lead the operational management of VF’s global Responsible Sourcing Operation program, including annual audit forecasting, quarterly and new audit planning and alignment with sourcing and vendor movement.
+ Serve as the strategic owner of vendor-related data across the supply chain, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with broader business objectives.
+ Define and enforce data standards, governance frameworks, and usage policies to maintain consistency and compliance across systems and teams.
+ Collaborates with supply chain teams and leadership to align data initiatives with operational and strategic goals.

**Reporting & Data Management**

+ Oversee the collection, organization, and cleansing of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Responsible Operation (RSO) and Product Stewardship programs.
