Manager - Risk Management
In partnership with the Director, the Risk Manager has responsibility for researching, coordinating, implementing, and following up on activities related to the hospital-wide Risk Management Program (TERM). Specific activities encompass collecting and analyzing risk management and patient safety data, managing the complaint and grievance process, analysis of the data and recommendation of programs to mitigate risk and improve patient safety. Works collaboratively with departments to implement Corporate and Facility risk reduction strategies and patient safety goals. The position entails data collection, analysis, reporting, educating, providing leadership, and being accountable for related activities.
