Manager, Share Margin Financing Credit

Job Purpose

• To process and evaluate margin (SMF and PF) and non margin applications.
• To evaluate and assign collateral capping (i.e shares, wealth, property) for SMF /PF margin accounts.
• Providing credit support to all Share Trading Centres (STC) and Account Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage, guide and train the support team members in order to achieve the turn around time (TAT) and policy guidelines are met.
• Ensure that SMF/PF new application(s) and credit renewal submitted meet the Bank's risk acceptance criteria, SMF and PF credit policy, approving matrix, AMLA framework and BNM guidelines requirement.
• To analyze SMF/PF application(s) and subsequently prepare credit write up, recommend for loan approval.
• To perform review and renew all SMF/PF margin accounts.
• To continuously work on streamlining work processes to improve on TAT.
