Strategic Investments, M&A & Corporate Development We're looking for a Corporate Development professional to join a lean, high-impact strategy and investments team on supporting senior leadership on M&A, strategic investments, commercial evaluations, investment analysis, and corporate development initiatives across global markets.
Our Ideal Profile: 4-8 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate finance, valuation, strategic investments, or corporate development, with strong analytical and execution capabilities. Strong financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and presentation skills, with the ability to independently build models and materials from scratch.
