Lead and grow a high-performing, diverse team of Solutions Architects helping customers across Central America accelerate their cloud journey on AWS. You will combine technical depth with people leadership — coaching architects, shaping customer strategies, and driving meaningful business outcomes across one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions in Latin America.

What you'll do:
- Build and develop talent. Hire, onboard, and coach Solutions Architects — developing their technical skills, customer engagement capabilities, and career growth.
- Drive customer success. Partner with sales to define and execute strategies that accelerate AWS adoption across a diverse customer base, from enterprise to emerging businesses.
