Manager - Space Planning

DescriptionThe Manager of Space Planning will primarily represent the India region and is responsible for managing occupancy planning and workplace strategy at the building level. This person is a skilled relationship builder and problem solver with excellent communication skills coupled with strong data analytical skills. The Manager of Space Planning has the ability to execute tactically while seeing the big picture. This role will partner closely with Workplace Services, Strategy, Projects, Design and our Business Partner team to align on space strategies and support the execution of workplace initiatives including FDOBs, restacks, migrations and consolidations. Experience with space planning in flexible workplace environments is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary critical thinking, communication and storytelling skills.
