Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Hybrid)

About the Role

As Manager, Merchandise Strategy & Transformation, you are responsible for managing merchandising strategy and transformation initiatives that support Kohl's growth objectives and business priorities. You will lead assigned workstreams by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, delivering data-driven insights, coordinating cross-functional partners, and ensuring successful execution. Through strong project leadership and collaboration across Merchandising, Planning, Technology, Finance, and Operations, you help implement new capabilities and processes that improve efficiency, drive business performance, and support the evolution of the merchandising organization.
