The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) is responsible for the regulation of financial services activities in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This Manager role is within the Markets (Surveillance) team of the Supervision & Markets Division and focuses on the monitoring and supervision of trading activity in spot virtual assets and virtual asset derivatives on recognised investment exchanges and MTFs within ADGM.
Operational Responsibilities- Manage real‑time and end‑of‑day market monitoring, ensuring that surveillance alerts are coded accurately within set timeframes and with comprehensive recording of decisions.
- Identify, investigate, manage and escalates potential market abuse matters, including insider trading or market manipulation.
