**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 3+ years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience
+ Up to 40% domestic travel as needed
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and candidates in a professional and concise manner
+ Experience analyzing labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies
+ Demonstrated experience maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance across the recruitment lifecycle
