Manager, Talent Development

• The Manager, Talent Development is responsible for strategic oversight over large training programs or portfolios. This role sets the direction and vision of the HR Talent Development department, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall goals and strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage overall training strategy aligned with company goals.
• Forecast/plan for future training needs. Anticipate growth areas.
• Lead or mentor other training leaders, specialists.
• Identify/assess training needs; perform gap analysis.
• Supervise/coordinate trainers or specialists; ensure consistency, quality.
• Keep up-to-date on best practices / training technology. Possibly deliver some trainings themselves.
• Report effectiveness (metrics, ROI, feedback)
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, possibly external partners.
