Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs across our logistics operations. This role will be responsible for enhancing employee capability, onboarding new hires, and driving performance through structured learning initiatives across distributed teams. This role requires extensive travel (up to 50–70%) to various U.S. sites, to support in-person training and team development initiatives.
