Job Description

Description:
 : Establish short to long term global expansion strategy of Transport network according to the Company’s development direction.
Determine the location of the Global Presence based on various internal and external market factors.
Work closely with relevant departments and business partners to ensure all projects are implemented as expectation.
Conduct feasibility study on the investment of subsea cable & transport products through the involvement of business plans and cases.
Incubate of new technology and exploration of the technological development into and out of China/Overseas market.
 Requirement: : Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related discipline
6 years' of relevant experience in international carriers/ISPs is required
Solid experience in transmission planning/engineering and product development/management
Sound knowledge in TDM, SDH/...
