North America Operating Unit (NAOU) allocates a $1 billion annual budget for transportation, managing over 600,000 shipments each year. The Strategic Transportation Team is dedicated to securing the necessary capacity from transportation providers, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency while meeting service standards to support our customers and facilities effectively.
Position Overview
The Manager, Transportation Sourcing and Performance is responsible for overseeing both long-term and short-term transportation capacity needs, ensuring compliance with the transportation budget. Their duties encompass carrier management, capacity procurement, analytical support, and management of forecasts and awards.
