Manager US Ethics Office
Role purpose: The Enterprise Compliance team in Mexico provides direct support to the US Compliance function which enables the business to deliver sustainable growth by embedding a risk management culture to comply with the letter and spirit of relevant regulations to deliver fair outcomes for customers. You'll support the US Compliance team and the Compliance Risk Management Program (CRMP) within the Enterprise Compliance function. This role will support the US Ethics team in enterprise-wide compliance activities in the following areas (not limited to): Whistleblower; Personal Account Dealing (including Outside Business Activities (OBAs) and Private Investments (PIs)) Conduct; Regulation O, Political Contribution activities.
Main activities
