Manager
Role Summary
Manages multiple tax engagements across federal, state, and international jurisdictions. Ensures technical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with ASC 740 (Income Taxes).
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, review, and finalize complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated and multistate returns ensuring proper allocation and apportionment.
• Review ASC 740 tax provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and FIN 48 documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on federal and state audit inquiries and client communications.
• Supervise and mentor teams across multiple engagements.
• Coordinate with auditors and advisory teams to align financial reporting and tax compliance.
