Manager/Senior Manager for Plant & Equipment

Job Scope

-Manage and be accountable for the overall plant and equipment services, repair and maintenance

-Manage and grow the earth retaining stabilising structure (ERSS) and earthwork business

-Support the Group tenders in plant planning, allocation and utility.

-Drive cost efficiency by good planning, utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.

-Innovate and explore new technology in construction services, not limited to tooling, automation, new machinery, construction method, and approaches that increase productivity and decrease dependency on labour.

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

-5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing plant and equipment.

-Good business acumen and ability to manage a team

-Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
