Manager/Senior Manager, Strategy

As a member and contributor of the Strategy and Innovation Office (SIO) team, you will lead and drive strategic planning and policy development, distilling insights in consultation with SNEC and SingHealth’s senior management and MOH to determine and prioritise short, mid and long-term strategies for sustained growth of SNEC as the flagship national eye centre catering to the eye care needs of more than 50% of our population.

You will lead and formulate strategic plans and engagement using various strategy development frameworks. You will also communicate the strategy development process, lead engagement with various levels of staff in the formulation of the strategy, encourage the integration of workflows and lead ad‑hoc projects that will support and drive the centre’s strategies.
