Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation – AI Specialist.

As part of Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team, you will lead AI transformation initiatives for clients, bridging engineering, product thinking, and consulting delivery. Your work will span from use‑case definition to production deployment while engaging C‑suite stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Lead client engagements focused on GenAI and agentic AI solutions, from discovery and architecture through delivery and scale
• Translate business problems into LLM‑driven and agent-based solutions (e.g., autonomous workflows, AI copilots, decision agents)
• Act as a hands‑on delivery lead, reviewing prompts, agent logic, RAG pipelines, evaluation metrics, and deployment approaches
