Position: Managing Director, Finance and Accounting Reports To: President & CEO Job Summary As a member of the Leadership Team, the Managing Director, Finance and Accounting provides strategic financial leadership; supporting organizational growth, long‑term sustainability, and strong governance across both for‑profit and not‑for‑profit operations. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, this role ensures sound financial stewardship, promotes ethical conduct, and aligns financial strategy with enterprise‑wide objectives.

The Managing Director oversees financial control, accounting, compliance, and enterprise risk management in accordance with GAAP, ASPE, and not‑for‑profit accounting standards.
