This position is accountable for producing the following results:

To acquire and retain long-term quality clients for the company through the development and implementation of service, production, and delivery systems across the separated business lines of Wealth, Trust, Community Trust, PNC, WMP-Wealth, WMP-Trust business lines. The Market MD is accountable for the growth, integration, and strategic direction of all segments, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and strategic objectives.

STRATEGIC WORK

1. Provide strategic direction for the growth and profitability of the Private Wealth Markets ensuring alignment with overall Corporate Strategic Objective.
2. Define customer personas, pains and unique selling propositions for all segments.
