Mandarin-Speaking Front Desk Host

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu is seeking a Front Office Host/Guest Service professional responsible for delivering excellent service to customers. You will ensure the efficient operation of the Front Desk and Concierge, contributing to a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
