Tools of the Trade

• At least 3 years of experience operating manual surface grinders and milling machines
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship is a plus
• Strong knowledge of feeds/speeds, machining practices, and blueprint reading
• Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Familiarity with tight tolerances (0.001) and working with various metals like steel and aluminum
• Experience in toolroom, mold, or die work preferred <...
