Based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Newport, South Wales this role presents the opportunity to work with innovative technology and learn precision manufacturing processes!
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Manual soldering/wire bonding small electronic components (using a microscope) onto Printed Circuit Board or flex circuit (resistors, capacitors, dies).
Handle or attach small components (die, capacitors, resistors) using tweezers and in house build fixture.
Mixing compounds to perform manual coating, bonding & encapsulation processes on silicon wafers.
