Job Description
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Associate 3rd
**Location:** Conover NC
**Pay Range:** $19/hour 3rd Shift (4 days on 4 days off)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials within the department
+ Utilize aerating equipment to process board material
+ Support general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Assist with moving and staging work-in-progress materials
+ Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
**What’s Needed?**
+ Ability to stand/walk for a full 12-hour shift (3rd shift) 4 days on 4 days off
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
+ Steel toe shoes required on Day 1
+ Willingness to learn equipment and processes
+ Strong safety awareness and dependability
