Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead their expansion in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop our business in a high-potential market, with a focus on finding new OEM customers and end users.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for the Brazilian market
- Traveling extensively to visit customers and prospects
- Developing localization strategies
- Working independently to deliver results
- Collaborating with the HQ on business development initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Professional level English proficiency (German is a plus)
- Experience in Business Development or Front Sales
- Ability to understand and explain sophisticated technical products
- Self-structured and self-organized working style
- High motivation to develop customers and projects from scratch
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
