Answer 50-80 calls per day from customers inquiring about company products, shipping/order status, product questions, etc.Communicate with customers via email, and internal company portalAccurately document all customer interactions via CRM systemReview and process customer inquiries and customer returnsProcess and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies)Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessaryStart: 7/13
Pay: $ - $
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Location: Dayton, MN
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Qualifications
1+ years of high volume call center experience (need to have high volume like this job requires)
