BAE Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Floor Support Engineering II. In this position, you will be supporting the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) Business at our Anniston, AL facility. This position will report onsite in support of production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will spend most of their time, up to 90%, on the shop floor resolving manufacturing-related issues and providing technical support on a variety of technical tasks across two main areas: Fabrication and Assembly.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide floor support to these areas, including:
+ Fabrication: providing engineering support for welding fabrication processes, troubleshooting welding issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize production workflows
