- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and typically a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or BSME, BSIE, or equivalent technical degree with 8 years experience or 10-15 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of degree completion.
