Manufacturing Engineer II - Portable Metrology

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Portable Metrology Engineer in York, PA for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role focuses on precision measurement and inspection using advanced metrology equipment to support manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.

Required Skills

• Experience with portable metrology equipment (Portable CMM, Laser Tracker, High Volume Scanners such as Surphaser)


• Experience using PolyWorks software


• Intermediate knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)


• Ability to generate detailed inspection and dimensional reports


• Strong understanding of inspection processes and quality standards
