Manufacturing Engineer Iii (Gears)

Major Responsibilities:- Process Development: Develop, implement, and optimize gear cutting and hobbing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance on gear manufacturing techniques, including machining, hobbing, shaping, and grinding.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all gear manufacturing processes meet quality standards and specifications.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of gear cutting and hobbing equipment.Work with maintenance teams to ensure mínimal downtime.
