This role is critical to improving machine performance, reducing waste, and driving process efficiency across multiple converting processes, including sheeting, coating, laminating, slitting, and rewinding.
The ideal candidate enjoys working directly on the production floor, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving real-time manufacturing challenges that have a direct impact on operational performance.
