**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Senior for the THAAD canister program. Our team is responsible for translating hardware specifications into tooling and equipment designs, supporting the production floor, and driving continuous improvement.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineer Senior you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality tooling solutions and supporting manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and refine tooling and equipment designs based on hardware specifications.
+ Provide technical support to the production floor and troubleshoot issues.
+ Apply GD&T principles to ensure design accuracy.
+ Collaborate on continuous‑improvement initiatives.
+ Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks) to create detailed models.
