Job Description
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer must be a highly skilled and detail-oriented manufacturing engineer with a strong background in CNC precision machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
- Create detailed process documentation, including work instructions, setup sheets, and tool lists.
- Evaluate and select appropriate cutting tools, fixturing, and machining parameters.
- Conduct process capability studies and root cause analysis of machining-related issues.
- Lead or support NPI projects, ensuring manufacturability of components.
- Collaborate with engineering to provide DFM/DFA (design for manufacturing/assembly) feedback.
