Manufacturing Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Assist Product Manufacturing Engineer (ME) in executing operation preparation tickets in PLM/SAP applications. Support Product ME in defining and creating manufacturing procedures, build sequences, methods, and quality documentation (e.g., work instructions, test procedures, inspection checklists) according to material and assembly specifications. Conduct on-site validation of draft procedures and upload revisions for manufacturing product lines. Create and maintain new OMS Pro (Order Management System) documentation, including: Building block configuration of product modules. Assembly sequence of chambers, frame assembly, vacuum lines, brackets, and plates installation of electrical components into top and bottom electrical boxes. Electrical harness cable routing according to electrical schematics, cable patch lists, and single wire lists.
