Manufacturing Engineer within Fan Blade Manufacturing. Provide technical support to operations and execute manufacturing engineering activities to develop, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and methods to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time requirements.

• HSE – Ensure that manufacturing processes are in full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm programme.
• Product Safety – Ensure processes achieve and sustain the design definition, and that processes are followed so that our products and those of our suppliers conform to their specification, raising, investigating and resolving safety‑related issues.
