-End in Mind To establish cost-efficient Manufacturing Systems that allow production operators to function independently as a Self- Managed Team (SMT) with good safety practices to manufacture good quality products with high productivity. .-Safety Management Perform Risk Assessments and establish safety procedures in assigned work areas that abide to all Environmental Health and Safety related rules in compliance to the Environmental Health and Safety policy and communicate effectively to Production Leaders and Operators. Perform constant job observation to identify areas for improvement and correct personnel that deviates from safety procedures. .-Quality Management Establish all work instructions (WI) and standard operating Procedures (SOP) in assigned work areas and update them regularly with the best-known methods.
