Manufacturing Engineering Lead – Lean & Industry 4.0

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Mexico to coordinate a team focused on improving production efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include leading teams for daily operations and ensuring safety standards, along with overseeing the design and development of new equipment and processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
