Job Description
**Position Summary**
Manufacturing Excellence Specialist will be responsible for driving operational excellence. Continuous improvement efforts will focus on making sustainable gains in reliability, quality, safety, cost, and delivery. Methods for achieving and sustaining improvements will be based on Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE), TPM, and LEAN fundamentals. The team member will need to collaborate closely with division, factory, and other internal partners to achieve the Manufacturing Excellence objectives aligned with the business needs.
**SCHEDULE:** Monday-Friday with flexibility to adjust shifts as business needs arise.

+ Create and maintain line and labor standards for new/current SKUs based on loss analysis, studies, and historical data
+ Deploy and leverage digital tools to enhance real-time decision making and analysis of losses
