Manufacturing HR Executive: Blue-Collar Recruitment Pro

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Executive in Singapore to manage full-cycle recruitment focused on blue-collar roles. You will partner with hiring managers for effective workforce planning, handle high-volume hiring, and coordinate onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong experience in blue-collar hiring is highly preferred.
