Manufacturing it support engineer

This is a
technical support role inside a manufacturing plant
that produces
electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards). The ideal candidate will act as a
bridge between production (factory) and IT systems
that control the manufacturing process.
This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon)
Think of this role as: “Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn’t stop.”
You will:
Support the
software used in the factory (MES systems)
These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc.
Help with
PCB manufacturing processes
Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues
Troubleshoot issues in production systems
Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, they help fix it
Work with
data (SQL)
Make sure product labels (barcodes, serials) print correctly
