Position Summary

The Shift Manager will be responsible leading one of four shifts of ~60 manufacturing operations personnel which focus on factory performance, management of bottleneck tool groups, tool efficiency/loading, and overall line balance. The Shift Manager will directly oversee six Manufacturing Supervisors in which you will provide guidance, mentor, and professionally develop the team to build better technical and people management skills.
