The Manufacturing Operations Manager is a technical leader with strong operations experience who will oversee the Agile Magnetics site, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.
What You'll Do
Establish and monitor manufacturing processes ensuring product quality, and financial goals are achieved. Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing employees. Oversees schedules and assignments for the plant. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. Work to reduce and eliminate barriers and obstacles to improve overall cost and scheduling performance. Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by establishing effective relationships and networks with both managers/directors and workers, and collaborating with them to accomplish shared purposes and goals.
