Who We're Looking For

• Experience in precision assembly environments
• Working to industry codes of practice and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, which define the materials, methods, testing, and inspection criteria for crimped, mechanically secured, and soldered interconnections
• Manufacturing or assembling complex aerospace components
• Transferable skills and a willingness to learn
