Job Summary
We are looking for a Manufacturing Shift Lead with a background in operations and manufacturing in chemical plants to report to the Senior Manager of Operations. The role involves leading production activities during the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and quality‑compliant output aligned with operational goals.
