You are hired as a Production Supervisor under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager. You will direct overall module operations ensuring production objectives are met at lowest cost while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Responsibilities
Acts as safety leader, establishes policies and programs for a safe working environment.
Manages employees: hiring, coaching, performance management of Master & Manufacturing Technicians, builds effective team for production, quality, on‑time delivery, and retention.
Ensures completion of all required production paperwork, records, and Dayforce attendance documentation.
Prioritizes, schedules, and delegates work to meet plant KPIs and customer specifications.
Provides knowledge and training on every cell, interprets specifications, drawings, and orders.
Maintains supportive work atmosphere and communicates with internal/external customers.
