Supervise production line and control shop‑floor activities to meet production targets, overseeing production/manufacturing operators.
Responsibilities
- Overall performance of shift/area concerning delivery and meeting Manufacturing KPI (Productivity, Cycle‑time, On‑time delivery, Quality & Yield).
- Plan headcount deployment, allocation of equipment, loading of materials and use of other resources to ensure maximum labor productivity, equipment and space utilization.
- Review daily production schedule based on the weekly plan and provide necessary actions to meet delivery commitments.
- Regularly update management on line issues and drive resolution with support groups for continuous improvement actions.
- Conduct meetings and update support groups and manufacturing operators on target goals and business situations.
