**As a Team Leader in Finishing, you will work alongside operators performing daily tasks in a lead role and ensuring all assigned tasks are performed on time according to proper procedures and specifications. Promoting safety, quality, or delivery issues are identified and resolved promptly in our Gibsonton Florida location.**

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ **Organizing daily operator tasks at shift start based on team availability and critical path activities reporting on team members' work activity to the manager.**
+ **Understanding the safety requirements of the job.**
+ **Maintaining and reporting on production status to the manager ensuring that performance boards are kept up to date and the job is tracking to schedule.**
+ **Facilitating shift changeover status/briefing, Team and Department meetings. Designated liaison to hand off operations to the next shift.**
